Book your place

You know AI could help. The harder question is where.

Most businesses do not need another list of AI tools. They need a practical way to find where time and capacity are being lost, and decide which opportunities are worth pursuing.

Bring a task that is slowing your business down and work through Atamai’s four-stage discovery method:

FOCUS → EXPLORE → DEFINE → PRIORITISE

You will examine how the work happens today, identify the friction and define one opportunity worth taking forward.

This is a working session, not a technical lecture or sales pitch for a particular platform.

Who this workshop is for

This workshop is designed for owners and leaders of established small and medium businesses who:

  • See too much manual work, rework or chasing

  • Want to improve capacity, quality or customer experience

  • Are considering AI or automation but are unsure where to begin

  • Can bring a real workflow or recurring business activity to examine

No technical or AI experience is required.

What you will leave with

By the end of the workshop, you will have:

  • A mapped view of one recurring workflow

  • Two or three clearly defined improvement opportunities

  • One prioritised opportunity supported by a practical rationale

  • A focused next step for design and testing

  • A reusable workbook and method for examining other parts of your business

What to bring

Choose one recurring task, workflow or process that feels slower, more manual or less reliable than it should be.

Examples include responding to enquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, onboarding customers, producing reports, coordinating schedules or managing approvals.

You do not need to prepare a process map or know which technology might help. Bring your practical knowledge of what happens today and where the frustrations occur.

A laptop is optional. Printed workbooks and workshop materials will be provided.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need technical or AI experience?

No. The workshop begins with the business problem and how the work happens today, not the technology.
