Meet Anne McGuire.
I’m the founder of Atamai Advisory and an experienced operations, services and transformation leader.
For more than 20 years, I’ve helped businesses improve service delivery, grow teams, implement new systems and navigate complex change when the answer was not obvious.
My experience spans organisations including Workday, Employment Hero, WalkMe, ELMO and Arq Group. I’ve worked with businesses at different stages of growth, from building new functions to leading transformation across established organisations.
I created Atamai to bring that experience to growing businesses that need senior thinking and practical support without engaging a large consulting firm or hiring a full-time executive.
I work closely enough to understand how the business really operates, but independently enough to ask the questions that internal teams sometimes cannot.
