The story

For more than 20 years, I've worked alongside leadership teams navigating growth, transformation and operational complexity across enterprise software, professional services and high-growth businesses.

I'm Anne McGuire, founder of Atamai Advisory. I've helped organisations scale teams, implement technology, lead transformation programs and build the operating foundations needed to support growth.

Those experiences shaped Atamai Advisory.

Today, I work with leaders facing many of the same challenges: aligning teams, executing strategy, navigating change and understanding how AI can create real business value.
